After 10 years with TVAMP, Wealth Advisor P. Keith Sharp has officially stepped into a well‑earned retirement. He’s closed the books on a remarkable career that began in the financial services industry in 1981.

Keith joined TVAMP in November 2015 after more than three decades in the profession and a thoughtful choice to become an independent advisor. He was the first succession plan TVAMP put into place—an important milestone in our growth and long‑term vision. In 2016, Keith told us he estimated he would work “about three more years” until he retired. Instead, three years passed, then four, then five, and so on… He kept arriving to the office with a big smile, a steady presence, and a deep commitment to the people he served.

Keith believes, without hesitation, that you can do anything you put your mind to. That mindset showed up not only in how he cared for clients, but also in how he lived his own life. In 2023, Keith began a personal health journey that led to losing more than 80 pounds—a testament to the same discipline and determination he’s always brought to his work.

A Celebration for Keith

We had the privilege of hosting a “Grand Send‑Off” for Keith on Friday, January 9, 2026. He was surrounded by colleagues, friends, and family. We had snacks, drinks, cake, and a few speeches.

Jeff Foster reflected on Keith’s wit, humor, and unwavering dedication to his clients.

Jeff Sweat shared stories of his interactions with Keith before he joined TVAMP.

Rob Eddins, Burt Peake, and Michael G. Conaty reminisced about their time working together at a previous organization, highlighting Keith’s work‑hard mentality and the standards he set for those around him.

Finally, we had the pleasure of hearing a heartfelt message from Keith’s son, Seth. He spoke about his dad as a man of values—someone who keeps his word, shows up when he’s needed, and offers steady advice. Seth shared that he could always tell his dad had found a good home at TVAMP.

Before it was over, Keith took the floor to reflect on his career. He thanked the TVAMP team for their support and camaraderie, and with a smile, said he’s truly ready to retire.
