We learned how to “Feed Our Resolution.”

Michael G. Conaty was the host of January’s breakfast. He is a Wealth Advisor with over 19 years of experience working in Knoxville. He enjoys reading and loves being surrounding by family and friends! 

It was another great breakfast at Whole Foods!

We were again fortunate to have 28 clients and friends join us for not only a delicious breakfast but a delightful presentation in the gathering room at the Whole Foods store. One of the store’s managers, Shelby, gave us wonderful advice on the importance of enjoying the first and most important meal of the day in a healthy, delicious, and easy to prepare manner.

Although it was chilly, it was a great morning for fresh coffee and conversation.

Our friends braved the cold and sunny morning to join us, and after a tour of the beautiful store, were able to leave full of both a wonderful meal and good advice on how to keep at least one of our New Year’s resolutions! Click here for Paleo, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free recipes.

Breakfast With Us (BWU) is a monthly learning opportunity for our clients and their friends and family. We began this series in 2017 and it’s been very popular ever since. We host these on the last Thursday of each month. BWU was inspired by our motto: Live Invested.
