Originally from Montgomery, AL, Dylon Hibbard now calls Knoxville, TN home after relocating from Fairhope, AL in 2023. His journey to financial planning has been shaped by diverse experiences, starting as a collegiate decathlete and golfer. He served six years in the U.S. Air Force, where he earned recognition for managing security for six major commands and 38 associate units, directing Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) operations, and safeguarding $18.7 billion in resources critical to the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS) mission. After finishing his military contract, Dylon spent three years with a national financial services company, where he refined his skills and passion for helping others.

A lifelong enthusiast of personal finance, Dylon’s love for this field grew as he managed his own money and sought to make a difference in people’s lives. He serves as President of the board of directors for ABA Next Steps, a nonprofit supporting adults with special abilities through a post-high school curriculum and employment at its Riverside coffee shop. Dylon also teaches a college ministry class and plays guitar in his church’s worship band. A devoted husband and father, he says, “My faith in Jesus is what fills my cup every day. My wife and our children are my everything. They make me a better person every day.”
