Professional Background
As a Client Service Professional, Jess is usually one of the first voices clients hear when they call. Jess was born and raised the first half of her life in New Jersey, then at 14 she and her family moved to Lenoir City, TN. Later, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from King University.

Before joining TVAMP, Jess worked for 8+ years in different administrative positions. This time allowed her to grow as a dependable employee and have the pleasure of working with a variety of clients. Since coming to TVAMP in the past year, she helps advisors build long-lasting relationships with their clients and handles administrative needs.

When Jess isn’t working… 
Jess enjoys reading, having game nights with friends, binging new show/movie series with Charlie (her husband), and summertime BBQs (taste testing all the food Charlie made on his smoker).
