Michelle is one of our hardworking and friendly Client Service Professionals. She takes pride in helping each client feel confident and cared for. With years of experience in customer service and financial operations, she knows how to handle details, solve problems, and keep things running smoothly. Before joining TVAMP, Michelle gained valuable experience working for a third-party administrator (TPA), assisting businesses with retirement plans, and later at a local registered investment advisory (RIA) firm, deepening her knowledge of financial planning and client service. She values honesty, teamwork, and building real relationships with clients.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Service Management with a minor in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee. She grew up in Kingston and now resides in West Knoxville.

As a devoted mom, Michelle understands the importance of planning for the future and making smart financial decisions. She appreciates working for a firm that puts people first and truly cares about its clients.
