Background
Shane Caldwell, CFP® is a Wealth Advisor at TVAMP. He grew up in Charleston, WV, and currently resides in Johnson City, TN. Shane found his calling in financial planning after he read a personal finance book in college. He remembers, “Once I started, I couldn’t put it down! I began devouring books on personal finance and investing. It was obvious that God put a passion in my heart to help people manage their money.”

The financial crisis of 07′- 08′ slowed his entry into financial advising, but it didn’t derail his plan. In 2012, Shane began working with clients. A few years later, he reinforced his education commitment to clients by earning the CFP® professional designation. He shares the TVAMP mission: to help clients “Live Invested,” allowing them to focus on what truly matters in their life. Shane joined TVAMP in May of 2023. He was drawn to the positive culture and team-based approach at TVAMP.

Personal
Shane is a family man who loves to read and catch live music whenever possible. He is married to his best friend, Miranda. They have two daughters, two dogs, and one cat. Shane’s hobbies include cheering on his girls at their sporting events, traveling, and exercising. He serves as a board member for the Shelter Funds Foundation, which supports the Washington County-Johnson City Animal Shelter. He is an advocate for personal financial education.
