All three partners have earned the CFP® designation.
All three founding partners of Tennessee Valley Asset Management Partners (TVAMP), an independent financial planning firm in Knoxville, TN now hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.
The certification is awarded to financial advisors who have met standards for experience, knowledge and ethical conduct in financial planning.
The distinction is awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc.
Which requires advisors to complete the CFP® Board-Registered Education Program and pass the CFP® Certification Examination. This assesses the ability to apply financial planning knowledge to client situations. CFP® designated advisors must also have at least three years of qualifying financial planning work experience and pass the CFP® Board’s Fitness Standards for Candidates and Registrants.
Two out of the three earned the designation fall of 2018.
